Hello! My name is Jessica, and I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My first goal as your new provider will be to cultivate a safe space to explore your current mental health concerns and symptoms. This will lay the foundation for us to develop an individualized treatment plan that addresses these concerns as we work to strengthen your mental and emotional health.

Medications are an important part of your mental health journey, but it is just one piece of the puzzle; we will work together to understand your mental, emotional, spiritual, interpersonal, and physical stressors and how these influence your mood and mental health conditions. This approach allows for us, along with your therapist, to help you achieve your healthiest self.
