Dr. Churchill is a Psychiatrist for Columbus Behavioral Health and graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. B.A. with Distinction and Honors. M.A. in Linguistics and also attended the Medical College of Ohio (now University of Toledo), Toledo, Ohio. M.D. Dr. Churchill completed her adult psychiatric residency at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa and attended Duke University in Durham, North Carolina for her Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship.

Dr. Churchill has experience as a Professor of Psychiatry, a Director of Geriatric Psychiatry, a Veterans Administration Inpatient Psychiatrist and experience as a Mental Health Center Psychiatrist.

Special considerations to note:

• Provides medication services ONLY and does NOT provide therapy/counseling
• Does prescribe ADHD medications
• Does not prescribe Benzodiazepines
• Does not treat schizophrenia, psychosis, addictions, panic disorders, suicidal ideation or other acute illnesses requiring frequent and/or urgent monitoring (due to very limited hours at CBH)
