NOT Accepting New Patients
Locations: Dublin, Online
Works with ages: 18+

I am an independently licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) and a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) in the state of Ohio. I received my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Bowling Green State University. I treat older teens, college age and adults of all ages.

While I am the trained and skilled professional of mental health treatment, I believe that my clients are the experts of themselves. I trust that we need to bring our expertise together to collaborate on how we are going to help you to move closer to your own goals and values. I provide a non-judgmental and safe environment where I teach skills and provide a lot of education.

I suggest and offer evidence-based treatments and mix that with what my client wants. I offer a lot of education and teach a lot of coping skills and tools for clients to try in sessions and use between sessions. I am more interactive. I plan to support and validate you WHILE challenging you and guiding you. I will hold you accountable. Sometimes I am direct, or I challenge my clients, but in a respectful therapeutic manner. It is my job to give you different perspectives. It is my job to help you be more introspective and explore your patterns and your past. Ultimately though, you are paying me to work for you. I am looking forward to meeting you and helping you TRANSFORM and THRIVE!
